Dr. Robert Coben
Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr. Robert Coben, Ph.D. earned his doctoral degree in 1991 and has been a licensed psychologist since 1994. He currently serves as Co-Director and Chief Neuropsychologist at Integrated Brain Health (IBH).
Dr. Coben completed advanced post-doctoral training in clinical and rehabilitation neuropsychology at both UCLA Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in California. His extensive experience in rehabilitation neuropsychology includes directing two inpatient neurorehabilitation programs, as well as serving as the Director of Inpatient and Outpatient Brain Rehabilitation at Staten Island University Hospital.
He maintains professional affiliations with Winthrop University Hospital and is an affiliated researcher at NYU Medical Center, further contributing to both clinical practice and academic research.

His editorial leadership includes overseeing special journal issues on EEG connectivity, applied neuroscience, neuromodulation, and neurofeedback, with particular focus on conditions such as seizure disorders and autism spectrum disorder. He also served as the Editor of the book “Neurofeedback and Neuromodulation: Techniques and Applications.”
Dr. Coben’s primary research interests center on the integration of neuropsychology and neurophysiology, particularly in understanding childhood neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism, and developing effective treatment applications.
Demonstrating his leadership within the field, Dr. Coben has served as President of the International Society for Neurofeedback and Research and as President-Elect of the International Board of Quantitative Electrophysiology.
Dr. Anne Ward Stevens
Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr. Anne Stevens, Ph.D. earned her doctoral degree from the University of Memphis in 1995 and has been practicing in Fayetteville since 1989. She is currently licensed in Arkansas and previously held licensure in Tennessee.
Since 2016, Dr. Stevens has served as President of Integrated Neuropsychological Services and Co-Director and Chief Neuropsychologist at Integrated Brain Health (IBH). She brings extensive expertise in head injury and disorders affecting brain function, with a clinical focus on applying advanced neuroscientific methods to patient care.
Her practice includes:
Comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation
Quantitative EEG (QEEG) assessment
Treatment interventions primarily delivered through neurofeedback.
Dr. Stevens holds board certification in Neurofeedback through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA) and is also certified by the QEEG Certification Board as a QEEG Technologist.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Stevens contributes significantly to the broader neuroscience and clinical community. She served on the Scientific Advisory Committee for Neurotopia and the Head Trauma Committee for the University of Arkansas Athletic Department, where she supported initiatives related to brain health and concussion management.
In 2001, she co-founded ContreQ, a company specializing in the assessment and treatment of sport-related concussion.
